A3 Poster
1st Item - Wall Decoration
Using wood block as base and I design the background with marbling and collage technique. Later on, to create monogram, I use nails as support and uses yarn to connect each nail repeatedly to make out the outline of my design.
2nd Item - DIY Coaster
I first design the coaster and put my monogram design in the middle of it. Then, I measure and cut out several pieces of wood from wood stick then combine them together. As my colour theme is green and red, I painted it with green paint and I found that it is a little bit too simple, so I add on marble at the edge of it to create a kind of old-fashioned feel.
3rd Item - DIY Bonsai
I wrap the wooden pot with yarn to give it a more personal look, then I took some reference from internet to look at how bonsai really look like and I mimic it. I cut out several wires with different length as branches and cut out circles from paper as bonsai leaf. To make it unique, I cut out my design on each leaf.
4th Item - Pen Holder
Simple yet impactful. Although it just a very common method by cutting out design and then spray, it's effect is pretty good.
5th Item - Bookmark
I use repeat pattern of my monogram to create this. I made it in pair to match my theme.
